Windemere Farms is a modern ranch style wedding venue conveniently located just a few miles from downtown San Marcos, Texas.
As you enter through the charming rod iron gates of Windemere Farms, expect to be mesmerized by a full canopy of trees that hug the road as you continue towards expansive fields that are home to horses and bison lazily munching grass in the lush fields. Once you reach the top of the hill, you are greeted with a sailcloth tent adorned with flags that playfully sway in the breeze, and charming old world stone structures.

Additional Rentals
Windemere Farms provides 40 round guest tables, 4 wood farmhouse tables, 500 gold chiavari chairs, and 12 whiskey barrel cocktail tables. Additionally, they provide a builtin custom bar in the cocktail hour space and a gorgeous wooden custom bar in the reception tent. Below rental estimates are for table-top items such as linens, napkins, plates and glassware.

OUTDOORS
Outdoor Tenting
In the event of inclement weather, it is easy to tent the ceremony area, and rest assured the reception sailcloth tent is up year-round, designed as a permanent installment. Other key areas such as the changing suites and catering tent are also covered.
It is reasonable to budget $3,000 for a similarly styled small sailcloth ceremony tent, or $6,000 for a large sailcloth ceremony tent.
Heating + Cooling
It is common to rent portable coolers or mushroom heaters from your third-party rental company.

Sound + Lighting
Couples are encouraged to use a third party AV company, or their band or DJ, for ceremony sound and event lighting. The venue comes included with basic event lighting in the tent and the paths are well lit at night.
