Just outside of Dripping Springs, Mae's Ridge is a chic and modern barn overlooking 28 acres of incredible Hill Country Views.

Grand glass doors and multiple skylights allow for tons of natural light, despite the weather. The interior is crisp and sophisticated, featuring white shiplap walls and stunning chandeliers. Lush landscaping and towering trees cover this idyllic hill country property, and the sunsets are nothing short of spectacular. Winding trails lead to several special ceremony spots, including the Oak Grove and Sunset Ridge. Plan to say your vows in the oak grove, and follow the ceremony with cocktails on the covered patio or Pavillion.

Venue Use Fees

$4,000 to $9,000

The fee fluctuates depending on the time of the year and the day of the week.

Peak Season Saturday rate is $9,000

- All tables and chairs for up to 250 guests
- Available 2 hours for photo session

Below numbers based on the average of three proposals obtained from caterers on the venue's preferred list. Bar pricing based on estimates from Spec’s Wine, Spirits, and Foods.

Additional Rentals

The below estimates are based on proposals from a mid-priced rental store.

The venue provides classic white folding chairs, venue-unique rattan and white chairs, cake and buffet tables, and table rounds for 250 guests. The below rental estimates take in-house rentals into consideration.

Outdoor Tenting

With their covered ceremony options and indoor reception space, Mae’s Ridge has a built-in rain plan. No tenting necessary!

 

Heating + Cooling

 

Couples can bring in third-party heaters and coolers when using the outdoor spaces, but are not necessary indoors with the climate-controlled barn.

 

Sound + Lighting

 

Most couples use existing property lighting, including festoon lights draped in the courtyard.

Estimate $750 to provide ceremony sound, dance floor lighting, and uplights rented through DJ or band .

 

UTILITIES

Additional Power

 

It’s rare to bring extra power considering how new the venue is. Plenty of power for band, DJ and additional lighting throughout your event.

 

Stage + Dance floor

 

Most couples use existing flooring as the dance floor and can bring in a band stage from a third-party rental company if desired.

 

Restroom Facilities

 

Mae's Ridge has 9 restrooms on property, including two in the private changing suites and one family restroom. Throughout the event, your guests will have access to the men’s and women’s restrooms inside the main barn, both with 3 bathroom stalls.

 

TRAVEL

Bussing

The venue requires weddings with guest counts above 180 to arrange shuttle transportation for their guests. Below is pricing based on local shuttle companies in the area.

- $3,600 for 150 Guests
- $4,800 for 200 Guests
- $6,000 for 250 Guests

Valet

You are not required to offer valet, but it is an elegant option.

- $900 for 100 Guests (25 cars)
- $1,600 for 150 Guests (50 cars)
- $2,100 for 200 Guests (75 cars)
- $2,700 for 250 Guests (100 cars)

Parking

In front of the main building, Mae’s Ridge has 90 parking spots available for your guests.
