The Meekermark is an awe-inspiring venue located just 20 minutes outside of Houston. Designed by award-winning wedding photographers, the estate features a unique outside chapel, beautifully landscaped grounds, and a sophisticated barn with contemporary hardware and chandelier lighting.

Family-owned and operated, the property seamlessly blends historic character and contemporary design while keeping nature’s magnificent beauty as the focal point.

From an inviting southern veranda to the stunning outdoor cathedral, your guests will feel continually connected to the property's lush outdoor spaces as they celebrate your big day!

SERVICE

Venue Use Fees

$4,500 to $12,500

The fee fluctuates depending on the time of the year and the day of the week.

Peak Season Saturday rate is $12,500

FEE INCLUDES
- Two private changing areas
- 12 hours of venue use
- Day-of venue attendant
- 1 hour venue access for rehearsal
- All tables and chairs for ceremony and reception
- Setup, takedown, and labor fees

Food + Beverage

Below numbers based on the average of three proposals obtained from caterers on the venue's preferred list. Bar pricing is based on “full package pricing” from the venue’s recommended alcohol vendor, Corn & Rye.

Additional Rentals

The below estimates are based on proposals from a mid-priced rental store.

The venue provides white resin chairs, gold crossback chairs, and tables of varying sizes, as well as standard table napkins. The below rental order prices take in-house rentals into consideration.

Couples at The Meekermark have access to special pricing for photography at their event. The rates below include 4 hours on-site. Additional time may be added for an hourly fee.

OUTDOORS

Outdoor Tenting

During inclement weather most couples opt to hold the ceremony in the barn, and then enjoy cocktail hour on the covered terrace while the barn is flipped for reception. Tenting is also welcome.

Heating + Cooling

All indoor spaces have full centralized heating and air.

Sound + Lighting

Most couples use existing property lighting, including festoon lights draped in the courtyard.

Estimate includes working with DJ or band to provide ceremony sound, dance floor lighting, and uplights (estimate $1,500).

UTILITIES

Additional Power

The Meekermark provides you with plenty of power for a band, DJ, and additional lighting.

Stage + Dance floor

- Existing flooring is typically used as the dance floor
- Estimate $1,200 for third-party stage (optional)

Restroom Facilities

Both men's and women’s restrooms are located inside the main barn, both of which are handicap accessible. The private changing suites also features a private restroom.

TRAVEL

Bussing

Group bussing is common at The Meekermark. Ride-share is possible, but it’s not a reliable form of guest transportation. If you prefer your guests to drive their own vehicles, there is plenty of parking!
