Introducing The Grand Lady
The historic Grand Lady provides an authentic and timeless setting for special events. The beautifully manicured property features groves of heritage oaks, private gardens and spacious courtyards for outdoor entertaining.
The Grand Lady was originally built in 1881 as a wedding present. Originally one story, the home grew with the family and in 1911, a second floor was added. No expense was spared, as evidenced in the ornate art deco styling and details throughout the home. The newly renovated space maintains much of the building’s history, while the interior furnishings embrace modern style and function.
When modifying the property to host large events, the estate added a modern hall with a wall of glass, retractable roof, and breezeway ideal for all seasons. With an effortless blend of classic elegance, and minimalist design, The Grand Lady offers couples an unforgettable setting to host the wedding of their dreams.

OUTDOORS
Outdoor Tenting
Tenting is not necessary for weddings with fewer than 85 guests. The venue provides a raised tent pad (40’x80’) for tents on the opposite side of the house. You’re welcome to rent a tent from a third-party vendor. Smaller weddings would likely opt to use the covered breezeway for the ceremony and the main hall for the reception. Estimate $7k for average tent, including delivery and setup.
Heating + Cooling
The original home and the new modern event hall both provide heating and cooling; however some couples may want to rent mushroom propane heaters or port-a-cooler fans for the outdoor areas, depending on their event layout.
Estimate $150 per port-a-cooler.
Estimate $150 per propane mushroom heater.
Sound + Lighting
The courtyard includes beautiful bistro lighting. Our estimates assume you would rent a PA system for ceremony sound.
Estimate $750 for ceremony sound.
UTILITIES
Additional Power
Additional power is not needed at this venue. There is plenty of power for event lighting and a band.
Stage + Dance floor
The flooring in the modern event hall is ideal as a dance floor. If you hire a band, you may want to rent a stage from a third-party vendor.
Estimate $1,200 for stage rental.
Restroom Facilities
The Grand Lady includes more than enough restrooms for any size event. Seven private restrooms are located in the new modern hall.
TRAVEL
Bussing
The Grand Lady is very accessible for ride-sharing options.
It’s not common for couples to bus guests, but for those who prefer to bus, below is an accurate budget to consider:
Bussing for 100 Guests $2,400
Bussing for 150 Guests $3,600
Bussing for 200 Guests $4,800
Bussing for 250 Guests $6,000
