Clay Pit

Clay Pit is a contemporary Indian restaurant in downtown Austin (just North of the Capitol and South of the UT campus). This locally owned company creates traditional and innovative Indian fare and is popular for rehearsal dinners.
There are several private spaces to choose from, including the wine room, the cellar, and the spacious Bertram’s Hall.
I also love that Clay Pit is within walking distance to several hotels: Hotel Ella, Double Tree on 15th, and the AT&T Hotel & Conference Center.
