Like all venues on Wedding SCOUT, we requested pricing for a peak season Saturday, but you can find lower F&B minimums if you’re open to getting married in the summer or on a Sunday.

F&B dinner packages start at $185 per person and always include hors d'oeuvres, full open bar for up to 5 hours, 3-course plated dinner with wedding cake and wine service. It can be difficult for smaller weddings to reach the required F&B minimums of hotels and resorts on peak season Saturdays. For weddings with 100 to 200 guests, we padded the food and beverage estimates to include late night snacks, food and drinks delivered to the suites while getting ready, specialty cocktails, etc.

Below pricing for 100 guests reflects a reception in the smaller San Jacinto Ballroom.

Tenting is not necessary for a wedding at Four Seasons Hotel Austin. Rental of the lawn requires meeting the F&B minimum of the ballroom, so you always have the ballroom as a rain back-up plan.

Bussing

Bussing is not common unless you’re holding additional event outside of the hotel.

Larger motorcoaches pickup guests on Brazos Street.

Valet

The host is not required to cover valet, but it is an elegant option.
The hotel offers discounted rates for hosted valet at $15/vehicle.
