Camino Real Ranch is a boutique venue that attracts couples who love the outdoors and want a modern space that reflects their unique style. Whether your vibe is relaxed minimalist, eclectic, or boho chic, there are no cookie-cutter weddings at Camino Real Ranch.
With 6-acres of unique buildings and terraces, you have the freedom to dream up the perfect day that represents you as a couple. At Camino Real Ranch, prairie grasses, desert succulents, and stunning Texas sunsets set the tone for your special day. The desert aesthetic immediately transports your guests to the wide expanse of West Texas, or to the minimalist topography of Baja California, with the convenience of being minutes from downtown Austin.

Venue Use Fees
$2,500 to $6000
The fee fluctuates depending on the time of the year and the day of the week.
Peak Season Saturday rate is $6000
FEE INCLUDES
- 10 hours of private access to 6 acres
- Studio private farmhouse for getting ready (early access granted)
- 2 bedroom private farmhouse for getting ready (early access granted)
- Use of all onsite furniture and decor items
- Access for wedding rehearsal (1 hr)
- Access to property for photo session, scheduled in advance (2 hrs)
- Access to property for vendor meetings (1 hr)
- Venue manager on-site day of wedding
Food + Beverage
Below numbers based on the average of three proposals obtained from caterers on the venue's preferred list. Bar pricing based on estimates from Spec’s Wine, Spirits, and Foods.

Additional Rentals
The below estimates are based on proposals from a mid-priced rental store.
The venue provides black curved chairs and farm tables for 125 guests. Our rental calculations take this into account.

The venue recommends guest counts of 150 or less, hosting both ceremony & reception, for a built-in rain plan. Events of 125 and less are the venue’s sweet spot due to onsite inventory and parking spots.
The property can accommodate guest counts up to 200, but a few logistical items would be required (tenting for a cocktail hour rain plan and providing guest transportation to minimize parking issues).
OUTDOORS
Outdoor Tenting
The outdoor courtyard area can fit two large tents (15’x80’ and 30’x40’). In a rain event, weddings up to 200 guests can hold the ceremony in the Greenhouse, transition to tents for dinner, and then go back to the Greenhouse for entertainment and dancing.

Heating + Cooling
Plan to rent outdoor heaters and cooling fans should you wish to use them in outdoor areas.
Sound + Lighting
Most couples use existing property lighting, including festoon lights draped in the courtyard.
Estimate includes working with DJ or band to provide ceremony sound, dance floor lighting, and uplights (estimate $750).
UTILITIES
Additional Power
It’s rare to bring extra power to this venue. Plenty of power for band, DJ and additional lighting.
Stage + Dance floor
- $1,200 is the average price of bringing in a third-party stage for a band.
- Most couples use existing flooring for the dance floor
Restroom Facilities
There are a total of 3 restrooms located on the grounds:
1 in the farmhouse, 2 in the Quonset Hut.
TRAVEL
Bussing
Highly recommended to provide shuttle transportation or encourage ride-share.

Parking
The ranch has parking spaces for 60 guest vehicles and 20 additional vendor parking spots.
We highly recommend providing shuttle transportation or coordinating valet for guests, as well as encouraging ride-sharing and carpooling. The Ranch is in the Uber and Lyft service area.
There are no issues with guests leaving their cars overnight in our parking lot so long as they are picked up by 10 am the next morning.
